purchases made through the readygo.io website, hereinafter referred to as “User”. - The parties agree that purchases made through the prontogo.io website will be regulated
exclusively by this contract to the exclusion of any conditions previously
available on the website.

2. Service Description
ProtoGO consolidates orders from various restaurants, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries to specific cities, where local couriers handle the final delivery.
3. Registration and Account
Users must register and maintain the confidentiality of their account information. Any misuse may result in termination.
4. Payment
We accept payments via Stripe (credit cards, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Multibanco) and may integrate PayPal in the future. Once an order is confirmed, cancellations are not permitted.
5. Delivery and Refunds
- Deliveries are made to the address provided.
- Refunds are issued if we cannot fulfill an order due to restaurant limitations or if the delivered food is damaged/spoiled.
- In case of significant delivery delays, users may be offered discounts, refunds, or account points, subject to our investigation.
6. Product Representation
While we strive for accuracy, all prices, photos, and product descriptions on this website are provided for illustrative purposes. Actual items may vary in appearance and ingredients based on the restaurant’s discretion. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The website aims to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, but occasional discrepancies may occur. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these potential variations.
7. User Data and Privacy
We collect data provided by users through forms and use tools like GA, HotJar, and Meta Pixel for tracking. We prioritize data protection, storing only essential information and never retaining payment details.
8. Account Termination
Accounts involved in data theft, payment abuse, reputation damage, or other malicious activities will be terminated. Users involved in payment disputes without genuine reasons will be banned.
9. Dispute Resolution
All disputes are handled by our internal care team. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be settled in the court of Caldas de Rainha.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, including restaurant photos and logos, is original or provided by the restaurants. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
11. Third-party Integrations
We have native apps for iOS and Android and integrate with Stripe, PayPal, and tracking systems. We may share necessary information with these platforms for seamless service delivery.
12. Limitation of Liability
ProtoGO is not liable for data breaches or other unforeseen issues. We take all necessary precautions to protect user data.
13. Order Verification and Responsibility
13.1 Users must review and confirm the accuracy of their order on the checkout page before placing it. By placing the order, the user acknowledges that the order is correct. Any items mistakenly added or omitted are not the responsibility or liability of ProtoGO.
13.2 Users should verify that the order is correct and undamaged before releasing the courier. By accepting the delivery, the user agrees that the order has been fulfilled correctly and is not damaged.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.
